Finally!! got this tutorial up. Just look right over there at the sidebar where it says Ruffled Skirt Tutorial. Easy and fun!!! The first, second and fourth skirt were made from Barefoot Roses (what can I say, I have a lot of it lying around). The 3rd one which I love is one of Amy Butler's (the dot is Barefoot Roses) from her Lotus collection. Hope you give these pretty skirts a try...
Oh thank you! I can't wait to give this a go!

so excited to do this. Looking at your gallery in your tutorial, I noticed the ric-rac on one of the ruffles of your skirts. Love that detail! I have so many fabric combinations that I am dying to try, i just hope I can get my two year old to do a fashion show when I am done...

Tanya,
Thanks for your time! You did a wonderful job, and I'm looking forward to trying one myself. Love your fabric and the ric rac detail!

Have you tried stitching with a double needle and then pull the bobbin thread to gather your fabric? It is easier and stronger, less likely to have the threads break. The skirts are darling.
