I am DONE, well for now anyway. Just have a few loose ends to tie up and my next fabric collection, Ava Rose, will be taking a trip with the Fed Ex man. Huge sighs of relief here and now I'm actually looking forward to cleaning my house and doing some laundry which is a very, very weird feeling for me to have. Got this nice treat in the mail today. Remember the whole self picture angst thing, well I got a good one finally and the Romantic Homes article about me and other "Romantic" women will be out next month, there's the preview up there. Sorry to have let this fabric give-away thing drag on so long...things have been a little nutty here, maybe I should re-think my whole procrastination philosophy. I'm going to announce the winner on Saturday so there's still a couple days left to get in on the give-away. Thank you all so much for your totally, totally lovely comments, I can't wait to pick the winner!! Lose ends are calling me and so is my bed...

Hi Tanya,
The magazine article looks fantastic!
Ooooh, I can't wait to see your new fabric range!! I just LOVE your Barefoot Roses and am sure Ava Rose will be just as good (if not better!)

I know this relates to your previous post - but... did you stiffin the fabric prior to making up the boxes? or just use plain 'ol fabric...? They look so fabulous that I want to give them a try. Thanks so much.

Congratulations on finding a good portrait of yourself. I am never happy with mine, either, so I'm glad you found one you are happy with. It gives me hope!

Ok I have to laugh and say that I completely understand how you feel as I JUST came back from sending line #2 off with Fed Ex. Congratulations-I can attest to the happy feeling of having nothing to do but play with your kids and clean your house for the next 6-8 weeks. Hooray! LOL

OMG!!!! I'm cruisin' online fabric shops lookin' for fabric to make a quilted/embroidered tote for my niece and I stumble upon your luscious fabrics. I had to check out your site and I have to tell ya' - I LOVE your fabric, designs, etc. I haven't been sewing/quilting much in the last couple years because of a back injury (I took up knitting as I can do it laying back in the recliner :O) ), but I'm itching to get back to it, even if I have to keep my projects small, and I am definitely going to make something AWESOME using your fabrics. Did I say I LOVE your fabric??? I'm a new fan and will be a regular at your site so I'll see ya soon. Can't wait to see the new collection!!!!!

I know I'm probably late for the giveaway, but i stumbled across your blog today and have been reading it from start to finish. I am so enjoying your inspiring picts, and words about your life as a mom, a wife, a daughter, a friend and so on.
I think i spent just an hour alone going through every link to your fabrics in hopes of finding your patterns to purchase. i had no idea you had downloaded them on your site. Duhhhh!
I often chase rabbits. O-F-T-E-N!
I see a pict and a link and i'm gone. And then, i go "ummmm, now where was I?"
Anyhoo... I love the mix of modern and vintage. I too, am an avid collecter of anything old. Ask my husband.
I've hauled home so many "projects" from the roadside, that even my little ones say, "hey, mom, slow down i think that was an old (fill in the blank) we just passed.
Have a great Sunday!
love, marilyn

Okay, now i'm really sad. I did find your cool purse/bag pattern at one of the sites mentioned, but that's it.
Your free pattern is the stocking only.
Which i totally understand.
It's just that i want them all. (I know, it's very gluttonous of me. But, they look simple to make, and with your fabrics- I will be the envy of all stay-at-home moms.)
I will send my email address to your contact link and hopefully i will have pattern peace at last.
